SCOREITUP LSAT PREP: WEDNESDAY WORKSHOPS
ScoreItUp’s “WEDNESDAY WORKSHOP” programs [offered live on Zoom on Wednesdays, and recorded so you can watch/replay them at other times] are primarily designed for students who seek efficient LSAT Prep training in a more accelerated, up-tempo classroom environment, and who already have done significant LSAT Prep. Students seeking detailed and thorough LSAT Prep instruction, or who are newer to LSAT Prep, should consider taking one of ScoreItUp’s live online courses.
A detailed summary of the WEDNESDAY WORKSHOP programs is provided below.
INTRODUCTION
- ScoreItUp’s WEDNESDAY WORKSHOP programs include (1) live (on Zoom) “workshop” lessons (offered on Wednesdays, 6-9 pm PST, and recorded so you can watch at other times), (2) full access to ALL ScoreItUp LSAT Prep online resources and (3) and optional live (on Zoom) proctored exams (taking full-length LSATs in timed conditions).
- ScoreItUp’s “live online” workshops are identical to the Wednesday lessons in ScoreItUp’s “live online” courses, emphasizing a more up-tempo classroom pace, allowing for the analysis of more real LSAT questions.
- Only real LSAT questions are used for all ScoreItUp workshops, homework and exams.
- In each workshop, you will be given a set of LSAT questions to work on, followed by an explanation of the correct answer, as well as a brief discussion of key “lesson points” from the question and/or important incorrect answer choices. You will then get a new set of LSAT questions, and the process is repeated.
- Each workshop typically will work on problems in two of the three graded sections of the LSAT (Analytical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning and Reading Comprehension).
- There will be one 10-minute break roughly halfway through each 3-hour workshop.
- In order to maintain an efficient pace, student questions in Workshops are permitted, but ScoreItUp respectfully requests that they be limited to “Can you explain why Answer __ to Question __ was incorrect?”
- ScoreItUp guarantees that all workshops are taught by the company’s founder, Mark Sacks, and not by a part-time or inexperienced instructor. As a result, you will find that the workshop lessons provide a far more in-depth analysis of LSAT questions.
- ScoreItUp’s WEDENSDAY WORKSHOP programs focus on effectively applying LSAT Prep fundamentals to a very large number of real LSAT questions and improving your LSAT efficiency.
- You will appreciate the lighthearted and fun-filled environment of Mark’s workshops, but they are thorough and rigorous. All ScoreItUp courses and programs are designed for students who are serious about improving their LSAT score significantly.
- Please see below for a discussion of (1) ScoreItUp’s workshop options, and (2) the content of ScoreItUp’s workshops, broken down by the treatment of each LSAT section.
