1. SCOREITUP’S HIGHER SCORE GUARANTEE (Multi-Month Courses)

Simple. Straightforward. No excessively high initial score requirements. No unrealistic attendance and homework mandates.

Here are the terms:

  1. Email ScoreItUp at mark@scoreitup.com prior to the start of your live course and include your LSAT score report.
  2. Take the official LSAT again within three months of the final class meeting of your live ScoreItUp course.
  3. If you do not receive a higher LSAT score, email ScoreItUp at mark@scoreitup.com within 90 days of your repeat LSAT. Attach your updated official LSAT score report.
  4. If you did not receive a higher LSAT score, you may take a FREE repeat course or get a FULL REFUND of your ScoreItUp course fee.
  5. To be eligible, you must (1) have taken the official LSAT within five years prior to your ScoreItUp course, and (2) take a ScoreItUp “live online” or “in person” 3+ month, 4+ month, 6+ month or 8+ month course for the first time.

2. SCOREITUP’S “MATCHING” HIGHER SCORE GUARANTEE*

ScoreItUp also offers you a “matching” higher score guarantee (including “170+ score guarantees”). Here are the straightforward terms:

  1. If you find a company offers an LSAT Prep higher score guarantee that you think is/may be better than ScoreItUp’s, email mark@scoreitup.com before your ScoreItUp course begins.
  2. Request that ScoreItUp “match” the other company’s guarantee.
  3. I will review that company’s guarantee, including its fine print.
  4. I will explain to you their actual eligibility requirements in plain English.
  5. ScoreItUp will match the guarantee – or explain any reasonable modifications needed to fit ScoreItUp’s program.

It’s that simple. The terms of any matched or modified guarantee will be confirmed in writing by email, so you can make a fully informed decision before enrolling.
